FOR CUSTOMERS IN GREEN AREA ON MAP: When placing your order online you will be offered a choice of delivery day. Providing your order is completed by 2pm (that's any day, including Saturday and Sunday) you may select the following day (or any day after that) for delivery. FOR CUSTOMERS IN YELLOW AREA ON MAP: When placing your order online you will be offered a choice of delivery day. Providing your order is completed by 2pm Monday-Thursday you may select the following working day. So if you order at 10am on a Monday you will be able to select Tuesday onwards as a delivery day (or any other week day after this). If you order at 3pm on a Monday you must select Wednesday onwards as a delivery day (or any other week day after this). FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE BLUE AREA ON MAP: We are usually able to offer the same delivery service to this area as the yellow area but delivery services to the blue area can be postcode dependant and may cost more. Customers in the blue area must call us on 01249 470099 so we can advise you of the delivery service available to you.
PLEASE NOTE: BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERIES WILL ONLY TAKE PLACE IN OUR GREEN NEXT DAY DELIVERY AREA.
Any felivery fee quoted on this website (including free delivery) does not apply to any of the following postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25, the Isle of wight, or any offshore addresses, delivery to any of these area's carry a increased delivery charge of no less than £30. If you need delivery to any of these locations, please call us before ordering.
There are no hidden charges. Delivery is free (provided order is of £200 minimum value otherwise we charge a minimal fee of £15 for delivery). Almost every bed and mattress on this website is in stock for next day delivery and when we say next day, we mean next day.
Note: There may on rare occasions due to circumstances outside our control be certain parts of the country where we are unable to deliver next day, in the unlikely event this happens we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you and offer you an alternative day.
