Guys, what can I say... finally a company that is true to your word. I didn't say when I ordered the mattress that I had lost 2 days work by ordering from one of your competitors. They let me down TWICE and I lost 2 days work as a result. You guys delivered when you said you would on the day you said you would which is better than they did, I got excuse after excuse after excuse and they tried blaming everyone from the supplier they used to the courier who was supposed to deliver the new mattress. Thankfully my exprience with you was quite different so thankyou again. I will recommend your website to everyone I know.

Good afternoon, I wanted to drop you a quick email to say i am very very impressed with your service. i was very skeptical that anyone could deliver anything bed related so close to Xmas especially next day delivery. Thanks for rearranging the delivery for me, I am so sorry I wasn;t in when you first tried to arrive. I had to go out on an emergency! The driver was very understanding and helped me carry the bed and mattress inside out of the rain. I really appreciate your service and will definately use you again when i need any more beds. Ref invoice number [removed] we just wanted to write an email to you to say how pleased we are with our new bed, getting such an "unusual" size and length bed delivered so quickly was a huge weight off our minds, you had plenty of competition but no-one and I really do mean no-one could compete on delivery time and overall service. Hi, bed arrived safely this morning as arranged. Very pleased with it and the quality and finish is far far better than I was expecting! Next time we need a new bed or mattress etc, we'll give you a call. Hope you guys get a few days off over Christmas, you deserve it! :)) Ant & Jean - CV32

To all at beds direct, I was pleasantly suprised to see your van turn up on time on the day you said it would. I have ordered beds and mattresses several times over the years from other bed retailers and they often dissapoint when it comes to the delivery service. You guys were very helpful on the phone and the driver deserves a big thanks as well for helping us get the old bed out and into the van. Great service, we will recommend you. Dear Mike @ Beds-Direct, just wanted to send a quick message to say we are very pleased with our new bed. We had been looking for an extra long bed for ages and found getting a 7' long one was not easy. For you to be able to deliver ours in only 9 days is absolutely superb service. If we ever need to recommend you for an extra long bed to anyone (or a normal size) your company will be top of the list.
